Returns Policy
Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.
We offer a 7-day return policy on all eligible products. This policy applies to items purchased directly from our website. You may return any item purchased within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. All original tags and labels should be attached. Items that are damaged, soiled, or missing parts are not eligible for return. Additionally, items showing signs of wear or use beyond simply trying the product on will not be eligible for return.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was received damaged or defective. In the case of damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return and replacement. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for damaged or defective goods. A confirmation email will be sent to the address associated with the original order, once we receive the returned item. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Certain items, such as personalized items, custom-made products, sale items, intimate apparel, or those explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page, are excluded from this return policy.
